Wednesday night (7pm Kick Off) sees us welcome our old friends from Stockton, We last played them only a few months ago and we were well beaten in an entertaining game with loads of tries and plenty of endeavour.

We are very much rebuilding after Covid as lads find there way back to us after a long, long time with the usual issues with unavailability, Holidays and harvest all impacting on our squad with some lads possibly not knowing until the day weather dependent. Clarksons farm did a really good job of teaching me how it all works!

We name a handy squad with a couple of new signings making debuts as we look to see what shape we are in! Fixtures like this are really important as we rebuild, get some game time in the legs before the competitive league and cup fixtures restart, result no important but would be nice to make it closer than the last time we met.

All players will play at least 40 mins and this game is more about getting some game minutes under the belt.

Paul Soakell is at 9 with Nathan Waterhouse at 10, Andy Fife and John Pope are the centre pairing with Jack Sellars and Ryan Towler on the wings. Owen Robinson is at full back.

The bench who will all rotate sees a debut for James Veitch along with experienced campaigners, Doug Wardle, Andy Broere, Stu Walton covering the forwards. Covering our back line, Marko Baldwin returns (Another harvesting allowing) with Danny Wolfe, Dan Beaney, Kyle Smith and another debutant in Lee Keillor.
